Snoring & Sleep Apnea Appliances

In patients who snore, their relaxed throat tissues block the airway, producing the sound we all know as snoring, as oxygen is forced through.
For patients with sleep apnea, their throat tissues over-relax and obstruct the airway, prompting the brain to wake them to breathe.
At Souris Family Dental, we offer custom-fitted oral appliances to shift the lower jaw and tongue muscles to open the airway. This helps improve your airflow and keeps you from waking up throughout the night.
